Marc is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and serves as managing director at London based Oufi Taylor Colombotti international law firm. With a focus on cross-border corporate and commercial law, Marc specialises in initiatives spanning leisure, hospitality, entertainment, and infrastructure such as education, medical services, power generation and distribution, and telecommunication, primarily across the Middle East and Africa.
Marc’s notable achievements include serving as lead counsel on a multitude of hotel and resort projects as well as Build-Operate-Transfer power generation and distribution projects in Lebanon, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Ghana, South Sudan, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. In South Sudan, he played a pivotal role in establishing an oil-backed hybrid sovereign and development fund aimed at facilitating the development of critical infrastructure such as power plants, hospitals, and roads. Marc has provided strategic counsel on similar projects for the Kingdom of Ashanti in Ghana and is currently engaged in assisting the Government of Botswana with the financing and development of special economic zones.
Beyond his legal pursuits, Marc is actively involved in research and is currently a candidate for a doctoral qualification in naturopathic and functional medicine, reflecting his multifaceted interests and dedication to the practice of holistic wellness.
